Master dryer water in fuel

Got a master mobile dryer and have got water in the dryer kerosine.

I think a replacement pipe had some water in it (don't ask)

I've drained the fuel filter at the bottom and removed most of what I believe is the water but cannot get it to light. Is there any other purging needing to be done ?

Probably need to bleed the pump, there’ll be a screw usually that you slacken with an Allen key
