After complete wiring diagram, lube chart etc.....she needs a bit of work!

Thanks, always something doing in a farm workshop :)

Cant help with a wiring diagram but one is not really needed to be honest as they are quite simple electrics just get stuck in.
If you have a very rare model with powershift and or danfoss electric joystick then its a little more complicated. But most of these machines were just standard 4 speed mechanical box with shuttle and mechanical joysticks.
A few relays and things under dash, mice like to chew the wiring under dash and I think its the back of the fuse box wiring loom that can rub on the gearstick lever and cause issues. I certainly had a customers like that and I seem to remember taking the stick out and adding a bet of a bend to it so it cleared a bit more?
Anything that's really bugging you about the wiring just ask. These suffer from poor starter motors and are best replaced with a Iskra gear reduction one which is higher powered.

Oils

Engine not too fussy on oil. They are happy with a old or new spec 15/w40, I just use 15/40 E7 as it does some of the newer stuff as well bit over spec for older engine like yours but not too over spec to cause any issues.
Transmission ATF Dextron 2
Axles Limited slip 90 front and rear.
Wheel hubs EP80-90 gear oil or limited slip 90 same as axles.
Hydraulics HV46 or EP 46
