Mcconnel Topper 9 wheel/tyre

The solid tyre on our trusty topper has parted company with the rim, a quick look last night and it seems like the metal band that holds all the rubber flaps together has broken. Knowing what McConnel part prices are like is there an alternative wheel I can put on?

Have a search for solid forklift rear tyres. I’ve used those in the past with success. You can pick them up for next to nothing

Hi I have a rhino 9 topper and the same problem of the rubber leavig the steel rim also did you ever get a wheel for the above topper and where did you get it?

I ended up getting one from the local dealer. Forklift wheels generally seemed to be 5 studs, and different rim widths etc. Frank Alviti had a secondhand one but by the time it was posted etc it was nearly as much as the new one which was, well, new.

I've had to weld the bands on mine a couple of times, but good luck with repacking all the flaps.I had to shelve a couple of them.
