Mccormick mtx 135 hydraulic

Hi just wondering if anyones had the same issue. Going down the road you can hear a noise as though the hydraulic pump is being starved of oil for a few seconds and then it will go away again... the tractors had an oil change and a hydraulic filter thats only 100hrs old.
Theres no change in the steering and never fell weakness in the hydraulics, Also its recently had the pto clutches done, and has done less than 50 hrs on them but when i tried to dyno the tractor, when it came to properly torque down on the engine it sounded as though they were slipping and the pto stopped spinning. When the pto clutches were replaced the seals where done and the solinoid was cleaned
