Undo pipes going away from greaser and open and shut the door untill see grease and tighten those and then undo pipes a little further away and open and shut the door again several times to pump more grease and repeat

There is a small 10 mm nut just above the cartridge assembly, unscrew it and work the back door a few times, you should see grease coming through, sometimes if you slacken off the cartridge holder you can hear the air coming out that works as well.

i am having the same problem. how do you bleed the system.
The autogreaser on our fusion 3 stopped working, check the obvious things. Rang dealer and asked straight away what grease we was using, it was the red lithium complex grease, they suggested trying a normal cheaper grease and it hasn't played up since. It mightve been a bad batch of red grease we had with air in it possibly

thanks for your all your very help full information. Ive dismantled the grease system today and what it appears to be doing is forcing the grease back into the cartridge and past the piston in the grease gun.so as a temporary fix i've
bypassed this and fitted two grease nipples one on each side, so i can at least get some grease into the bearings.
