anyone know anything about these heard they have gone from three belts to just 1
Remember talking to mchale rep when they were in pre production of there belt baler and they tried a single belt back then but could not make it work at that time??
At last another baler like mine with the density rams straight up the back of the springs!
It would solve the problem of belts wandering and twisting in light crops and small unequal swaths but I'm not convinced. I'd like to see one going in silage for 1000 bales before committing to itThere gone single belt all new ones from factory this season, I was asking about one in local dealership
I could only get a fusion vario with single belt if I went for newIt would solve the problem of belts wandering and twisting in light crops and small unequal swaths but I'm not convinced. I'd like to see one going in silage for 1000 bales before committing to it
Anyone running the new type netting system yet ?
Yeh they changed it on vario fusion last season it's on the v660 this year I dunno why the current system is pretty good other than not liking the rain I've never had another issue in 30000 balesI could only get a fusion vario with single belt if I went for new
I heard there is a new netting system also
The front of the baler looks completely different the net roll sits away further back and higher up nowBiggest problem with single belts is stones with multiple belts there plenty of gaps for them to drop out with a single belt they just get trapped and end up punching holes in the belt. I dont think the whole net system is new just the net brake system which is now adjustable on the control box .
