Merlo electrical problem

New to me merlo here. There is intermittent power to the main headlights. Side lights are OK. With the h7 bulbs out, the dash lights will work and do full beam on the dash. As soon as I plug in a bulb it stops working and the dash lights go out altogether amd may or may not come back. I am puzzled. Anyone know where this circuit is? Is there a relay? Fuses are all OK.

What model is it? It sounds like either an earth problem or just as likely plug melted on circuit board

Got power back to the headlights with fiddling. I don't know whatbi did but there is only power to the dimmed connector but not the full headlight connector. If I put in the h7 bulb there is a click somewhere on side of machine and it's gone for about 5 mins then power reappears. I might remove the full beam connector and see what happens.

I fiddled with switch without removing it so that i have dipped beams and put it all back again. I changed all worklights for leds to reduce load. I don't need anymore headaches!

The arm is now lifting up a bit or banging down when I crowd bucket back the whole way!

Lift ram lower bushes and possibly comp ram pin and bushes

I think comp ram pin and bushes for sure. I can see some movement on main arm pin too. Ram looks OK... it's a new to me machine. I'm not sure greasing was a top priority.
Is it a big job to change them out? Looks fairly straight forward!
