What area are you? Have you a good local dealer or engineer?

Hi planttech im in Waterford in Ireland no dealer near me. I'm a mechanic myself. This is a loader I bought earlier in the year has been on the long finger since. I put a gauge on the 3rd service one day got 1100 psi at tick over and 3100psi at 2100

If you put a gauge on the hydraulic pump and start the engine without touching anything you should have a load sense reading of 25-30 bar. Then max pressure with dead ended service is around 210bar

I was talking to him seemed to know his stuff. asked him to look at it back in July can't him on the phone since
If thre is a continual hissing noise there is probably a seal on a spool block letting oil through somewhere. I seem to remember we had a problem like that on a Merlo some years ago and it was easily fixed at the time.

I have a feeling its something small and I think the hyd getting slow is linked to the hissing. As hyd get slower the louder the hissing

Hi planttech only got time to pressure test the loader now cold I have 35 bar at tick over with 80 bar max at tick over rev her flat out and I get 210. Hot I'm getting 40 on tick with 40 max on tick over and getting 190 bar flat out. Never really had to do much testing on load sensing before but from what I have done should I not still be getting max pressure on tick over revs should only help with flow ????

I think a flow check would be best course of action to see if it is loosing the flow also
