MF 1200 or 1250 artic tractor?

we had a 1200 it had a perkins 6354turbo engine and was on14/38,s with pavt centers it pulled like a train i used to have it on the forager you could bend in round the corners without the pick up missing any grass ,after the storm of 87 we had it on a job in a church yard with a transport box moving logs as you could bend it round the gravestones ,wish i could found it think it was scrapped after it went in the woods im not a massey tractor man but that was a nice tractor

You have probs seen the pic of the 1200 on the 717 chopper. The old man isn't here these days to confirm but I'm quite sure the 1200 and a 290 and poss a 590 all had TB turbos fitted.

this had a lorry engine ftted after the origanal blew the day after we paid for it i had it run away after putting it in low mp with a mf 244 drott on a trailer behind it a very under rated tractor i brought a p reg mf 595 in 88 but it wasnt half the tractor the 1200 was
