MF 690 heater radiator

I have an old 690 that has started leaking from the hater matrix , it looks like it is form the end cap that is unfortunately plastic one crimped into position at the end of the rad with the feed and retn coming form the plastic cap
I've made some enquires as getting a replacement one and thought there would be a few pattern ones available online but so far nothing has come up and it seems they may be obsolete even in the aftermarket .

has any one sourced a 600 series hater radiator from anywhere ? as far as I Know these plastic radiator caps can be replaced but has anyone ever had repair done on one ? it looks like its leaking from a gasket between the plastic crimped cap and the steel housing.

You could try crimping it tighter. Even try an epoxy inside sloshed around and dumped out. Worst case, find a similar or slightly smaller heater core from something else, even a car or pickup.
