MF and Valtra new 400-500hp

I don't know if there is a similar thread, i can't found it.

At Agritechnica 2015 Agco had announced a new conventional tractor range between 400 and 500 hp.

after several months we have more information about this new range??

It's clear that it won't be a clone of the Fendt 1000 even if in this other article they talks about a common platform:

According to what Agco declared in that press conference we can assume that the of this new series is not so far: they talked about a launch for stage V emission regulations… so here we are!
Considering that we are close to the Sima show we can consider a preview in Paris like for the 8600 series ?
Any information about this?

Obviously not and is there really a market for the model? Our local Fendt dealer has sold three 1050s in two years and two of those went to one customer. I rather doubt these farmers would even bother looking at a Valtra or MF of similar power, the brands rarely sell anything beyond their 250hp mid range flagships anyway!

Whats the point of even bigger MFs and Valtras? You lot only buy green conventional wheeled tractors above 350hp, even CASE magnums hardly sell any these days.
MF 8700s are like hens teeth round here, which is a great shame as they deserve to do well.
What did you like about the 8700, I tried one and thought it was horrible, bouncy gutless and felt as if had been assembled on a budget in my opinion. Preferred the claas and new holland

What size 8700 did you demo? We have just purchased an 8737 and it aint gutless, bolting a sisu engine to a fendt transaxle don't make a budget tractor. Also the four point cab suspension gives a very comfortable soft ride, the cab in my opinion is much better than the 7600 series

I don't know how much big is the market for other ranges over 400 hp from Agco, but the Agco management officially talks about this project at Agritechnica 2015.
Again the link to the profi article because the previous doesn't work.

On Facebook was appeared this spyshot some months ago, and was told that it was taken near the MF factory in France.
It seems to be a new big 7000 series and not an 8000 or bigger one.
