I have an accumulator on the cab suspension leaking where it seems to join in 2 parts .Has anybody had a go a resealing them with a o-ring or making up a gasket out of neoprene.
Maybe have to bite the bullet and source a new one

These are very difficult to get sealed property once they have started to leak. Do not over tighten the bolts between the two sections, this tends to make things worse!
We never had any success trying to “fix” them after you have buggered about with them we found that it was better to just go for it and fit new tanks.

If you do a few searches there’s lots of threads on this problem, with several different ideas on how best to fix

in summary the options are

1) Undo it, gorilla glue it, bolt back together again (it may or may not leak again)
2) Replace it with genuine Massey (it will leak again)
3) Replace with a steel box section accumulator. Jackson’s up north somewhere manufacture them for similar money to genuine. (Sorts that problem but doesn’t sort the unreliable pump)
4) Replace them with Jackson’s accumulators and use a valve to run the suspension system off the air brakes. (Sorts everything)
5) Replace the whole lot with springs& shocks off a 5400 series. Bolts straight on to the Existing shock mounts. (Sorts everything permanently but will be noisier in the cab)

If I were you if you have air brakes go option 3 then option 4 when the pump fails. If you don’t have air, I’d go straight to option 5.

If you’ve had a leak the pump won’t last much longer.

Thanks for the very detailed reply.
Looks like gorilla glue for a start.A steel accumulator should have fitted originally it would have saved a lot of grief
