MF TascDoc don't recognize USB-drive

I'm trying to export data from TaskDoc to USB but no USB is recognized.
I've tried 2 different. Also reformatted them with FAT32 filesystem. Windows can read them all fine. But the Datatronic 5 monitor can't.

Anyone know what it takes to recognize the USB-plug?

What size is the drive, and what cluster/disk-allocation size did you pick?

I'd try a small drive, no bigger than 32gb and FAT32 with 4096 size as a starting point.
