Mid tier options question

Hello,
need to know what to describe a whole field of AB1 and another whole field of AB8 as in my BPS claim.
In the Land use code notes it says describe them both as per the crop in the field but in both cases they make up the entire field.
Any ideas?

I think they are 2 different mixed crops but that’s not my final answer

Same situation here. Hopeless guidance note isn't it.

I see there are options for legume predominant crops. I was thinking of using one of those (mainly clover in my AB1). Don't know if that's the correct thing to do, I haven't asked RPA.

Maybe we should put RPA subsidy schemes on the agenda at the British Farming Union...

ac 59 are mixed crops codes i use for bird seed and game cover plots

since leaving the eu the rpa are not too pedantic when they come to do an inspection they are mostly checking the areas of the plots and that they are not dominated by one cereal species
