Milk kart from dairy spares

Has anyone purchased one of these from dairy spares? It's a milk kart from milkbar, have had lots of problems with it, axel fell off which smashed battery and ripped out batteries wires, pump switch failed and meter fail both weren't covered under warranty as they had milk ingress (pretty sure it's impossible to not get milk splashed on it and finally two wheel bearings have failed with 18 months worth of use and dairy spares say it not a warranty item, warranty in manual said 2 years but only 6 months on pump. Just be aware dairy spares make up what items they cover even if it's written down and they now wanting £170 per wheel as rim and bearings are one unit.

I'd see if a CAB have a letter covering your complaint and send it to them. It's pretty poor if they don't stand by their warranties on products.

Ive got one but not had any issues with mine which is just aswell as theyre not cheap to buy!

I know, that's why I'm so pi$$ed off about them not sorting it out, our suppliers have been trying for 6 weeks now about the bearings and are as frustrated as us.

I bought mine because I thought it looked tough and robust with little to go wrong.

Just off to check mine over!!!

I hope you get it sorted soon as I would be pi$$ed off to.

Wheels bearings must be a thing that goes on them. I have replaced several bearings on our JFC milk Kart, but they are cheap as chips and just knock out.
That quickly? Our old wydale did nearly 10 years on the original one and they were only plastic, think they 52mm bearings and shouldn't be problem to replace I hope ,but it's the fact it's still under warranty.
