what would your 3 year average milk price be? Does the price difference now make up for the hassle throughout covid?

Wouldn’t want to dare work it out for fear of depressing myself
. I would expect it to be in the bottom 10% of prices over a 3 year period.3 months of 50p won’t make up for the £10s or even £100s of thousands we may have lost. COVID was quite stressful, but once you realised it was quite short term and there wasn’t a lot you could do it wasn’t so bad.
On the plus side we are even more cost focused than ever before, and also quite willing to let the cows go if they aren’t profitable
