We've a fulllwood parlour , milk pump this time of year seems to be running constantly ...due to froth.....milk probes must still be sensing......We've changed the milk pump seals.....no different....wondering if anyone has had a similar issue....almost needs a float switch or something

This is what I have done here, taking cool air from inside an ice bank tank will do the same.
Also recheck milk pump seals, had problems here 4 days after service.

We had same problem & the pump was very noisy. Tried in vain to correct by moving apart, in the end replaced with GEA float switch wired straight into the Fulwood box .Job done

Intresting....I think this the route we need to go down....our plate cooler is quite a distance from the milk vessel so not ideal running a long pipe. I take it its a straight forward enough swap to do?

Our probes work timer switches, which switches itself of every 40 seconds.I think milk froth maintains a link but won't form a link .
