Milk vending and ice cream in France.

We are seriously thinking of going over to France to farm in the next few years. Mainly for the weather to help with the wifes spinal issues. I would also be looking to step back from managing large dairy farms and taking life a bit easier. We have often looked at starting a small dairy farm selling all our own milk as pasteurised milk through a vending machine and ice cream but wondering if there would be a call for something like that in France. We are looking at the Poitou-Charente area. Any other tips on getting started over there would be much appreciated.

Milk through vending machines have been tried but never seem to last . The french don't use a lot of fresh milk ice cream might work . Getting started , get some advice from cer france or chambre agri ,or consultants for grants and tax .
