Each litre is worth around £4 in comparison to dairy cattle at around 20p. The costs are also much lower than milking cows and when a sheep kicks they aren't likely to kick off the milking unit. So why is this not seeing a huge surge?

Per ewe everything will be lower costs but per litre I bet they are similar but saying that no need for slurry storage, cubicles the bedded area could also just be hardcore. What costs are lower than with cows?
