MilkSure!

I don’t think there’s an issue with the test:scratchhead:
Product s like betomox are over sensitive on the on farm test.
Whether you think internationally set residue levels are too high is another matter.

That would come down to the person having done the course updating your protocols and then communicating them to the milking staff.
In your situation one would hope there already pretty good considering the amount of people involved in the operation.

The person(s) responsible for protocols would be the attendees in your example.
Well seeing as there isn't currently a written down protocol for anything and training is, how shall I put it, a bit hit and miss it can only be a good thing if it concentrates their minds into writing and communicating protocols.
certainly for our dairy, all milking staff and anyone who administers medicines (not just antibiotics) to the herd even if they don't milk. Often the owner is the only one who hardly every milks....the more staff who milk the more scope there is for an antibiotic fail and the need for rigid protocols. New staff members will have to be trained within I think it was 6 months of starting with a herd.
I can see that going down well with one or 2 of the old timers who think they know it all and think they run the spot :banghead: I'd relish some training like that though, I'd feel more valued as an employee for a start.

lorry has a quick test, 10 minutes, if it passes tank unloads, and is used. all samples are subject to a proper test,
if you fail on this, you get penalties, bill for whole lorry load, cost of disposal etc, oh, but they have already used the tanker load. fair enough if the tanker failed the quick test, but a bit harsh otherwise. we have had 2 failures in 15 years, both tracked down to fresh calvers failing after recommended withdrawal period. we now delvo test every thing, and its supprising how many fresh calvers take longer than the recommended period.
