Milwaukee Grease Gun not recognising batteries

Has anyone else had this issue?

Essentially the grease gun works fine until it goes dead even though the battery has plenty of charge in it. If the battery is removed and placed in another tool and then the tool briefly used and then the battery placed back in the grease gun it works again for so long.

This is the second grease gun to do this that we have had anyone had this same experience or know how to solve it.

If your Milwaukee grease gun doesn't recognize batteries:

  1. Ensure the battery is fully seated and charged.
  2. Clean the contacts on both the battery and the tool.
  3. Test with another Milwaukee battery.
If the issue continues, contact Milwaukee customer service.
