The Farm Safety Foundation's 4th annual "Mind Your Head" campaign kicks off today, reminding us how to keep safe on farm and how to look after our well-being too. The past year has been challenging for everyone & farming is no different. Now, more than ever, we should look out for each other.

This is an excellent campaign.... BUT. All most will do is to re tweet it, re share it on facebook and think they are doing their bit!
Personally, I wish those same people that clicked a button would dial a phone. if we are all honest, we will probably know someone thats suffering. We all find it far to easy to let someone else make contact...
So, if you see this come up on your feed, dont simply reshare it and feel all warm and fluffy. Ring that friend, text that friend.
