Corvus contractors, Badminton ( if still in business ). As said, any 9 ton winch with pulleys should do it, may need 2 or 3 tractors as anchors though.

Have you tried jacking it up and putting scaffold boards or the like under the wheels, or even digging a bit of the crap out before giving it a tug?
If it won't roll, you'll only pull it to bits with a winch anyways.
Best to move it more often.

Does anyone know a contractor, that can winch a 4000 hen halo mobile shed, for mucking out, in mid-wales or is willing to travel to mid-wales?
20 TON EXCAVATOR should move it easily, even a 15 should.
attach the chain to the undercarriage and use the bucket to pull forward. have you got a spreader drawbar to spread the pull across the whole shed?

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
