Has anyone tried the mole vallet insurance yet ? had a big bust up with NFU over my first ever claim on tractor insurance in over 30 years, to cut a long story short their complaints department made the local office pay up and give me compensation, tried others but they were all dearer so reluctantly stayed with the NFU, this year they sent the renewal late, then reminders after I paid and six wks after it was due to start not heard a thing form them and no documents etc

Dont know, just noticed something in the newsletter about it, farm done for this year but tractors due in a month or so, so thought I would try them for a quote, trouble is you only know how good insurance is when you make a claim and then its too late

Just looked them up and they are just a broker effectivly. They get paid via commission from whomever they place your policy with. Still worth a call though.

I can't complain and find service and terms ok. Liskeard depot is good, Joy and Keith most helpful.
And most of the staff that work the tills are generally good as well at Liskeard. They just need more space for everything:whistle:.

Always think that if the staff can't be bothered then the management is not what it should be:mad:
