you mean to say their new insurance, stock tag's, animal software, mobile phones.........god knows what else is diverting there attention from whats important! :LOL:

Well I know they are struggling with their fertiliser delivery times currently to the extent that they have had to go and buy other brand makes to try and shorten the 4/5 week backlog of delivery's that they have at the moment..

The equivalent of Mole Valley, cant believe there could be anything equivalent to the Bury St Edmunds store, useless, incompetent, and totally lacking in customer service. Just wish they would close so I don't keep trying them. Utterly utterly p##s poor.
