Ok, drive it myself. 800-1000 hrs/yr. Sick of being bounced around, and my back not the best........basically buggered! 400 acres arable at home, corn cart on over 1000 acres contract combining away, c 150 acres haylage. Min till rape in and out, plough and express 2nd wheats and WB. Sow with 3 m Vaddy. Tracked combine so can clearly see benefits of tracks for staying in seat at Vaddy speeds. However, only one tractor, so has to do everything. Tried 6R Deere, and 7R, 7 in a different league. Tried and hated Deutz. What else should I be looking at? Very nervous of Fendt due to local dealership!!! Hear horror stories of NH transmissions. Massey same problem as Fendt. Don't know what else worth a look.

Fastrac 4000 if you can wait til September at the earliest. Claas very comfortable cab but other issues. Personally I'd go for a 724 with 3 point cab suspension and evolution seat, or even more comfort with a 800 series, better for transport, get 65k or 50k at lower revs. Our fendt dealer is over 60 mile away but has excellent service.

If you want comfort it has to be a Fastrac, We have a year full of MF's yet every one wants to drive the fastrac for the speed & comfort it has.
It's strange, most people say gearbox, and cab rubbish. But it's the same here Fastrac always taken first. Our t7050 will have done a lot less hours this year. New Holland better for ploughing, drilling etc.

Would agree with comments about Claas, had a Axion on demo and suspension comparable too Fastrac. Fendt same system but 3 dampers instead of 4 because Renault system still patented.

What horror stories have you heard from fendt?! Once youve been in one for a day you will never go back to a normal tractor!

When it comes to comfort id have the likes of a t7 200 NH over a fendt every time! More comfort and quiet in the cab. Though fendt makes up for this with ease of use with controls and gears etc! Never driven much else tbh so can't compare anything else

I've nearly all class kit great dealer . But I choose to drive a Fendt if you use the technology
and don't fight it a very common problem according to the rep . The day will fly by and you will feel a lot fresher at the end of it ,auto steer just makes life even easer .

In your situation I'd say Case Puma CVX (Steyr) or a sisu/fendt equipped Fastrac, worth a demo with a Claas too, we demoed a Renault 10yrs ago, if thats owt to go by the ride will be excellent.
