Moving a feed bin

Hi all, I’ve got a feed bin to move from one farm to another, what is the best way to go about it??
I’ve never moved one before and obviously don’t want the bin to get damaged or anyone.
i think it’s about 10 ton capacity.

I've moved a few. Pallet on forks tie strap round bin on to carriage of forks, then reverse back pulling bin over on to pallet till on the ground. Put 2 slings round bin n lift onto flat trailer. Just do the reverse to put it back up. Or you can use 2 bales of straw to lift it up also, which is kinder on bin side. I've got pictures I could put up if I can find them

I can recommend ND Jeans engineering, all our bins were built and positioned by them-

Somebody local was selling a bin and recommended them too, so they must cover a big area.

I looked at their website and it looks like they have an artic trailer that tips up to set it up & down. No idea if that means they can only do places with artic access though?

Shifted one with a tipper wagon. Wagon fully tipped. Pulled bin into wagon with tractor. lower tipper. Reverse at other end.
Did another with wagon with Hiab.
Both 10 tonne ones

Thanks have got telehandler so will try that, I remember a mate using his bale chaser to move them in the past but he’s since sold it.

Sorry bit long winded but on the deck in 2 minutes. Put it up same way in reverse.

I moved this one 5 miles and cost £500.

Charles Jeans is the man for bigger or long distance. Did a 18t collinson from Birmingham to North Devon for me,
