Moving Parts Danger?

There was a chap top end of the county that fell foul to a rotovator a few week back, not sure the machine itself or the pto shaft, but he is no more. Know of another a few years ago, pto running, stood on top of the old type votex with the wooden top, and fell through, he is still alive minus 1 leg. Just ain't worth it, switch off.
These videos should be enough to focus anybody's mind.

If you want to see things that are unsafe try checking out logsplitters on you tube!! Some very brave people on there one with big wheel and one made from square baler are just awesomely dangerous
