Update on my situation after a few emails and phone calls I had a call from a lady from Trimble America who was really helpful and came up with a plan going forward for support where I have a UK based contact who has resolved an issue for me this week and hopefully we should get the Vat issue resolved this week. So all come good in the end and hopefully other users should find the same. As the program is really good but we all need support at one time or another. Also had a quote for gatekeeper this week very impressive but boy it’s dear by the time you’ve added all the extras.

You mean we have UK based support for Farmworks? Who, where?
I have about 6 months left on an annual support package and have a couple of issues I'd like to sort with ISOXML compatibility but the US support don't seen able to fathom it.

Email [email protected] she is the lady I spoke to in the US and explain your predicament and say you know of me and I'm sure she will put you in contact with the same person as I'm not sure if I'm in a position to give you his details directly at present but she definitely is. She is spot on and does her best so I'm sure it will get sorted as the UK person is very helpful and does his best and rings you back which is really all anyone can ask. Let me know how you get on
