Best tractor on the farm is popping out of drive ( worst when hot ) - would it be a faulty solenoid or the forward / reverse lever - thanks in advance for any replies. Not jumping out of gear .

Is it similar to an NH TM series? Had a similar issue on a TM 140, it was the magnet that holds the shuttle lever in position.

Very unlikely be those symptoms but safety switch in seat isn’t playing up? Normally just stop working?
