This is my new cuddy. 4yo friesian x gypsy cob. Lives like a cow.
She is started under saddle, had a break and will be restarted soon.
Destined to be a happy hacker, working hunter and driving pony. She should make about 15hh.

Anyone go out around sheep on horseback? :)

I do occasionally.

FIL had a stock horse he checked stock on every day, really quiet horse, you could tie dead ewe to one of his back legs with a length of rope and he'd walk back home pulling it.

They were once set upon by a bull he was trying to turn and the bull lifted him and the horse clean over a fence.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
