Hi all
We have a 50 kw pv system with a import/export smart meter .We pay Stark to collect both import/export hh data and we pay Western Power as our meter operator.A while ago we moved our electric supply contract to npower ,through our broker ,and notified them of the smart meter and who collects our data.
The day we moved npower de appointed Stark for our import hh data.They then turn up in the yard and change
the modem/sim in the meter.Then all the export hh data dissappears.Eon pay our FIT payments both generation and export.
Now I discover that WPD have been de appointed as our meter import operator by npower.
What a mess and our broker is struggling to get any sense out of them.Anyone had similar problems.
