Situation Vacant National Sales Manager

The role: Reporting to the Managing Director of Agriculture, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing the national sales budget for a range of our agricultural product categories through the effective deployment of our field sales teams. Success will be measured from the achievement of profitable contribution and market share by understanding our farmer customers and applying strong people management and leadership skills.

The candidates: To be considered, you will be enthusiastic, a self starter, and passionate about sales. Demonstrating a proven track record within agricultural sales and management, you are a leader of people committed to continuous skills and knowledge development, and hold excellent time and organisational management ability. With sound commercial acumen, you are IT proficient and a strong communicator at all levels, both internally and externally. You will also display a sound grasp of the realities of operating within a large sales led organisation.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.
