Why are you so desperate to try and turn everything into something about England v the EU?
F Off you utter hypocrite; since 2016 your entire compass for whether or not someone / something is 'alright' has been based on their degree of like / dislike for the EU. Give us a list of those in the public eye who are pro-Brexit and who you laud, because I don't recall a single one, but will be delighted to read your list nonetheless.

It was the rascist stuff I didn't like, don't mind people been a bit daft. But racism in a well educated personalty is not nice.
What specifically?

But our opinions don't count for anything compared to people in the public eye. But I am sure if a forum member started posting white supremacist hate speech for example, it would be removed and the member banned. Plus, if it was of sufficient severity the authorities informed.
If that’s the case why vent your frustration on this forum? Write to the press of you feel so offended by all this

Well down here in my hole under my rock I only know Neil Oliver as a tv presenter. I’ve not delved into his background or political views but as a presenter I find him first rate . He is passionate and conveys that passion and enthusiasm to his presenting.
Passionate historian and I think a thoroughly decent chap with moderate but well thought out views. Proper libertarian which suits me.

Guff. Misconstruing on a classic scale...:banghead:

I didn't write about you 'as a nation', I wrote about the SNP and their mob, which I am pleased to write makes up a far smaller proportion of Scots than they would have us believe. (y)

But they, as a group, do label anyone not 'on side' as I have stated. And a fair number of them also try to bully other Scots into doing so too, calling them all sorts of names in the process. If you want to deny this as being so, fair enough, but it goes against what others in your communities have experienced.

Feel free to keep banging your head on that wall. You talk about the SNP as if it is a one sided thing, do the other parties in Scotland do any different? The Tories et al are angels? When it came to Indy and Brexit just look at the claptrap that the Tories told the Scots and everyone else for that matter. Political parties have a job to do, either maintain power or gain power. However your accusations of bullying are I believe in the minority going by my family's experiences ( they are mainly Tory voters ). I once had the misfortune to open the door to Mundell, a conniving, snivelling arse of a man who attempted to make feel like a pariah for not voting Tory, I did not class that as the whole party, every party has good and not so good politicians and I get sick to my back teeth of hearing how the SNP are so devious as if all the other parties are holier than thou. I have never in my life thought bad of someone who voted differently from me and certainly never tried to convert anyone or try to make them feel like a lesser person for their political leanings. Oh and by the way please don't come back with your virtue signalling crap as it is not true, I am simply saying it as I see it.

Other than your last post, which reads as a bit of homoerotic projection, you seem to be defending yourself against things that you've not been accused of. Virtue flagging, or a guilty conscience...?
