Hi All,

I am Joris and I'm new here. We've got a New Holland 7740 SLE '97 around which is showing an error. It gives hitch error 19, which is telling that it is having low voltage on a load sensing pin. I've measured the voltages and at the left pin we have around 9 V, right hand side is 5 V. Does anyone know where this is possibly going wrong? I have been searching a lot now and looked at a lot of connectors. However I cannot find anything so I'm running low on solutions now...

Thanks in advance for the help!

Disconnect plug from processor and both edc pins and check for short between pin 3 on male pins on each connector of edc pins and earth if ok problem is processor.

Thanks @forblue I will try that.

Just to rectify my previous post, I made a mistake, i am not getting any voltage at the load sensing pins. Checked all wires and connections, no problems there i think. So would come down to EDC panel or indeed the processor right?

I cannot answer here straight away as this is on a desktop pc so only come on morning and evening. first the code 19 refers to my previous answer, the edc panel, edc pins only send signal to processor which in turn signals the husco valve to allow oil to or from lift arms, if you could borrow two new or good pins to connect it would save a lot of maybe's or but two just released plugs that connect to pin connector's.

More info, this info is given when using special switch on channel h9, draft supply volts 8.57, r/l draft pins 4.28v where you can check this with a multimeter i have no idea.

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
