New Holland Front Lift External Buttons

We have an 08 T7060 Power Command with Electric Spools. One of the spool slices was recently replaced by the dealer and a software update carried out. Since then, the front lift buttons on the outside have stopped working.

It has been plugged in again to ensure all the correct options are enabled but this has made no difference. The connections all seem good and the actual buttons have been swapped out with another New Holland as a test too.

Any ideas as to why they would stop working? I’m sure it is to do with the update but the dealer can’t find a problem. No fault codes are showing up.

Has anyone twiddled the front link control switches (lift height etc) under the armrest? That can lock the links out.

Yes I have played about with this but hasn’t changed anything. Lift still works from the inside spool fine and just won’t work from outside.

Is it possible loader option has been ticked, that can disable front linkage external buttons if connected to midmounts

The dealer has went back through all the options and enabled / disabled various things but insists that the correct setup is applied now. I’ve never had any hassle with the front buttons before.
