New Holland lift arms acting strangely

Hi guys.
Ive a 2019 T7.190 AutoCommand and recently the rear lift arms have started having a mind of their own. when I start the tractor and drive about the lift arms adjust to their own accord.
When they are lifted to max on the screen it only shows as 80%(ish) when it should of course be 100%.
When I use the switches on the mudguard they tend to stop jumping about also.
I have tried lift arm recalibration and error code 1024 came up.
Error code 1024 comes and goes when starting it sometimes but just while she's starting up then disappears.
From what I can find online error code 1024 means "ICU CAN date bus sign lost".... whatever that means...
Any help welcome, Thanks.

I’d suggest checking the plug connection to the potentiometer that determines the height of the lift arms. (This potentiometer might be connected to the rhs yoke via a rod and lever.) This is what tells you the height of the arms, given as a percentage 0-99 on the dashboard. It might also need recalibration, which will also entail disconnecting the pickup hitch rods to do so.

But if it is a faulty plug connector and you can get it to work properly, hopefully the original settings will be ok.
