Hi all,
I am looking to replace the centre LCD display on the dash of my New Holland T6080. It was broken when I purchased the tractor last year from a neighbour, I know the history of it and had a good idea of the hours it had done. Anyway I am just getting around to replacing it now. The LCD part comes with a ribbon cable that you can just push into a socket type. No soldering required. There are 22 pins/lines in the cable.
Anyway went to do this and the ribbon just pops back out of the socket, way too much space.................. the old broken LCD display had no ribbon cable attached to it, so I am not sure if I am missing another piece that attaches to the ribbon and holds in firm within the slots.......................any thoughts guys?
