New holland TL100A PTO

When not using the pto shaft is it ok to just have it off at the yellow push button on the cab pillar as it also has a brake function when here.
Or is it better to put select lever into netural but this still allows the pto to spin slightly of it's own accord.

What does anyone else do ??

Never thought about it, press the yellow knob and do nothing until its next needed.

That what I do but when you go to connect up the pto shaft of you next implement it probably wont line up with the tractor pto splines and you cannot turn tractor pto as it has a brake function so it seems easier to just put it in netural and you can then freely turn pto to attach your next pto shaft.

Now Then..
I would leave it in neutral when there is no PTO shaft attached. For the very reason it's easier to connect the PTO shaft next time as it should turn by hand to line up the splines..
