I know you have to knock the split pins out of the link arms to allow the top arms to go through the motions, cant remember the actual buttons etc that need to be pressed I'm afraid, been 15yrs since I had a TM

To make it calibrate you need to force it into HH mode, by unplugging the potentiometer on the lift arms.
Beyond that I can't remember off the top of my head.
But definitely disconnect the lift arms.
What's happened is common on mine, it loses its calibration, then resets itself with the lift rods being the top limit, so not lifting high enough.

I've a TM150 Power command and I tried to calibrate the lift height today because it was only lifting to 98% and wouldn't let down the hitch. I went through the procedure but now the slider inside the cab won't do anything I've to use the buttons on the mudguard to lift the arms. Has anyone any ideas?

One of the mudguard buttons will be stuck. Push them in and out a few times and it should work then don't ever use the one that sticks again
