New Holland TM7030

Hello,
I have a 2012 New Holland TM7030 tractor (Brazilian manufacture). I bought from new. now it has 900 hrs on meter.
I have a problem last year with its drive hydraulic clutches. I opened the drive and changed the broken clutches.
now I have a problem with 4 wheel drive option. when I put the tractor to 4 wheel drive is not working 4 wheel drive system.
Is there any body to advise me?
Thanks.

I’m not sure on these but have you pressure tested the hydraulics that work the packs? What was broken in the pack you repaired? Plates burnt out?

@Nearly who are the NH boffins on hear I can’t think of there names to tag

You might need to just calibrate the EMU. Procedure should be in the handbook. That's if my memory is correct, and your TM7030 looks like a UK TM, with a 6 post cab.

We had a, new to us, TM150, that had just had the gearbox synchronisers done before it came. The 4WD didn't work, but calibration sorted it.

Hi, these tractors have a 4wd clutch but from memory the clutch plates have the drive teeth on and these can shear off when used aggressively like wheels spinning on hard surface and you press the 4wd button in it can’t take the pressure of grip the front wheels are giving it. This is seen when you take the 4wd shaft off and where the shaft comes out the transmission you can take that unit out there and pull the pack out through the underside if I remember correct. also when you take the cover off you can generally see some teeth or in the filter it’s self. If it’s lighting up on the dash to say it’s coming on when braking then you may have took the teeth off the clutch pack.
