Very approximate cost of building to commercial spec. 48 m x 30m x6 m to eaves. Insulated cladding, one roller door and 4 personnel doors, concrete panels to 2 m inside. Not for bulk storage.

Well I would budget for somewhere between £170 and £190/m2 for this to meet building regs. That would include reinfoforced 200mm thick polished floor and fully insulated roof/sides.
Insulated Composite panels seem to be going up every day in price - think they have gone up £5/m2 in the last 6 months alone and on a shed this size it makes a huge difference.
Very hard to price this without more details.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
