Bound to be over £200k I'd expect, if not verging on £250k.

Well I would budget for somewhere between £170 and £190/m2 for this to meet building regs. That would include reinfoforced 200mm thick polished floor and fully insulated roof/sides.
Insulated Composite panels seem to be going up every day in price - think they have gone up £5/m2 in the last 6 months alone and on a shed this size it makes a huge difference.
Very hard to price this without more details.

Cheap against a combine that may get used 5/6 weeks a year,It would be about in the middle of your guesstimate

As per the o/p no floor or founds Kingspan on roof and sides painted steelwork electric shutter and 4x personal doors 100mm panels as non load bearing
