I'm just concerned how I'm going to get that approved by 'er indoors! :eek:

Just set it up as a 'sheep discussion group'. FC like those and will provide funding for visiting 'speakers' and group 'visits'.(y):whistle:

You may have to fill a form in afterwards though, saying if you found the visit worthwhile.:woot:

'Er indoors' surely couldn't object to your attending such a worthwhile, government funded, discussion group?;)

Don't just confine yourselves to the traditional route of agricultural grants :stop: As farmers you are local business owners so acess local business grants through your local council economic development unit as well as national grants.

All of our grants have been through the "business" route rather than the agricultural sector ones (y)

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
