New Stiga blower

Hi all,
Please excuse me if this is posted in the wrong part of the forum.
I recently bought a new stiga blower... however I’m having a little trouble when it’s up and running.
I can’t seem to get the blower to idle on its own. I’m constantly having to have around 70% throttle to keep the engine running.
the blower is brand new.
I don’t know if I’m missing something with the settings of the engine.
could someone please advise ?

Like above, if it's new then take it back. If you're keen I have attached an instruction on tuning a chainsaw which will be much the same. If your blower is new then you may need special tools to adjust the carb, always remeber to adjust the high adjuster slightly rich or you'll blow the engine up.
