NH Combine auto flotation error

Hi

Just startet the combine for the year and I get these autoflotation error code.

E642 CCM volt issue
E301 sensor issue

and others related to this.

If I try to activate the autoflotation the header raises itself to highest position.

The dealer does not have anyone available to look at it. Had a talk with the workshop manager over the phone, but he did not really know what the issue might be. Of course the contact between header and combine was the first I checked, but it looks fine.

Cant find any signs of vermin damage on cables.

Any ideas?

Im lost. The earth cable did not solve the issue.

Combine in question is a 06 CL560, same CX i believe. Just with some hillside spec.

This is now the issues:

1. Auto Flotation error
2. Header hight sensor error
3. Display shows 290rpm drum speed while its actually flat out(WB)
4. Fan speed shows 500, but I think its about 800.
5. Forward speed shows way too slow.

Error codes

E201
E642
E301
E304

Seems to be a bunch of electrical gremlins. Worked fine when I stored it after last season

Hi

Thanks for the replies. New battery tomorrow it is.
Check you’re Batterys first, I had to put a new isolator switch on my cx last week, thought it was the Batterys until I put a multi meter on them, new isolator sorted my problem of not starting and a few sensors playing up, I wasn’t getting enough voltage through the isolator

Our cr needed a new isolator last year for the same reasons

Thanks for all ideas. Great! Used my multimeter and batterys seems fine. Did not measure any drop in voltage after isolatorer switch. Only a little drop in the cabin.

Disconnected the hight sensor on the straw elevator while machine was running. Did some measuring that I did not understand. Connected again.

Viola! Everything seems to work again. Go figure!
