Nh seat/handbrake error

After any info on want would cause is error apart from seat or handbrake switch's on a T7030. I've check both switch's back to the ccu module & both are supplying the correct power and both switch's work. I also used the switch operation test in the h menu to confirm that the ccu was registering them and it shows both work as they should. I can't find anything in the workshop manual about it. It makes it annoying to drive because the buzzer go's off every time you take the handbrake off or change direction and it's always flashing on the dash when driving. Any info would be much appreciated IMG_20230422_130218.jpg

Check wiring under the seat, had similar problem and was a wire inside conduit that had become trapped and damaged by the seat moving.

I've check the wiring to and from the seat, right back to the ccu module & it's showing that it's working, 5 volt to the ccu plug. The switch test in the h menu shows that the ccu is registering the seat switch. I can't find anything in the manual about that symbol and it doesn't come up with an error code, thought it could be the handbrake, but that test's OK aswell

Had similar a few years back so memory not the best. Im sure it was the sensor under the seat cushion, operator presence switch. I dont think you can even bridge any wires as the ecu needs to see a signal i think within a few seconds.

Have you done a h9 test for the switch to see what readings it is giving?
Didn't know you could check each individual switch voltage, but yes you can. I had seen some of the h9 menu's but only saw general system voltages, like voltage supply to sensor's 5v. Searched though and found it. First job in the morning sit on it and see if I get 69😁

So checked the reading in h9 menu, I'm getting 0 when off it and 97 when on. Checked the voltage with a meter at the ccu plug and get 0 volts and 4.87volts so I'm guessing the switch is more than just an on/off and must vary the voltage. I'll try a new switch.
