Fan speed read out not working, drum speed and forward speed working ok so any ideas where to check first?
Where is the sensor for the fan speed?- I dont see it on the end of the fan shaft??

These are simple reed switches operated by a magnet on the shaft, check connections all the way back to main box use cleaning spray as the slightest bit of corrosion will cause problems.

Just looking to change it now. I got the part off eBay but would use APH otherwise.

Its the sensor on mine- I swapped it with the returns sensor and the fan speed works again.
I took the sensor apart and it was full of dirt/dust which corroded part of the inside.

Just rang my mate for he is into this kind of electronics and he came round.
He passed a magnet over the switch and said you can hear it clicking if it is working.
He took it away to replace the reed switch inside which he says costs pence👍
CNH wanted £90.
