Anyone know where I could buy a jersey heifer calf in NI? It’s not for Christmas. 2nd lad is doing transfer test in January and told him if he did ok he could have a mobile phone. He said he’d prefer a jersey calf. He didn’t specify sex so in theory I could get away with a bull calf (much cheaper) but think that would make me a bad daddy. Good sign he’d want a calf more than a phone. Santy might bring the phone.

If you use sexed semen yes. If you use conventional semen no.
