It's up to themselves where they buy from. If farmers won't consume there own brand of produce why expect others 2 ?
Apparently not... at the AGM a member said something along the same lines and Nick Whelan replied that the market share was small when compared with the likes of Muller and Yeo Valley and that even they were struggling to make a decent return on capital employed...Mostly buy DF products here, shame they stopped doing spelga yoghurts, always bought them and the kids loved them. Would have been a strong brand I'd have thought.

Only positive is great grass growth so far but it's bound to start tipping the balance soon with ground conditionsView attachment 1127370Kinda forget what a nice summer’s evening is like. Very depressing evening that.
Really ours has been awful this year grazing wise grew good crops of silage but have struggled with grazing and zero grazing badly never seem to be growing enough same ground was carrying 130 cows last year only carrying 100 this year no different treatmentOnly positive is great grass growth so far but it's bound to start tipping the balance soon with ground conditions
