It is very unlikely the Agriculture Bill will become Law in the near future if ever which is potentially a major issue for us all.
There will be no time between now and whatever is decided over Brexit and then inevitably we will have a General Election and I doubt the Agriculture will appear very highly in most manifestos.

It leaves any security over future payments in doubt and an even greater likely that the environment will be where we will have to find payments rather than BPS.
